With most communications now electronic, it's an old-fashioned pleasure to have something real drop onto the doormat, especially when it's completely unexpected. The other day I got an envelope full of what Americans call 'broadsheets', A4 sheets folded to a quarter of their size and covered in poetry. About as cheaply-produced as is possible, these excellent artefacts are from Hassle Press, Cornwall, run by a gentleman (unknown to me before) called John Phillips.
